The leader I researched and resonates with me is Warren Buffet. The first aspect that resonated with me is that Buffet is known for communicating his messages with great simplicity no matter how complex the topic is. The second aspect is conveying a message through a dialogue, he often to asks his audience questions and utilizes this as a way to get to know the audience more and tailor his message as well build a relationship. The third characteristic that surprised and impressed me is showing less confidence than the average CEO when delivering a message. Delivering a clear and simple message in combination with his track record made him more effective than other senior executives who showed more outward confidence because the message was more accessible and relatable to the audience.
